Xeroderma Pigmentosum (XP) usually has 3 stages:
Continued sun exposure leads to the 2nd stage ¾ characterized by ‘Poikiloderma’, where the irregular patches of the
lightened/darkened skin, a spider web-like collection of blood spots and vessels
are seen through the skin and these is thinning of the skin.
